Absolutely—we love meeting your four-legged friends! Dogs are welcome across the site, including in our rental static caravans.
Please keep them on a lead at all times and ensure you clean up after them.

Yes, we have a near brand-new toilet block and spacious showers with plenty of hot water. We aim to keep all facilities very clean, and there is no charge for using the showers.
Please note: Facilities are cleaned daily between 11:00 AM and 12:30 PM.
Yes! The beach is public and perfect for swimming, paddling, or paddleboarding.
Safety note:
Children must be supervised at all times near the Sand River and Gruinard Bay. Please read the Water Safety Code posters displayed on site.
We also ask that you respect local wildlife—especially our resident seals—and give them plenty of space while they rest on the rocks.
Yes—the Post Office in Laide is our nearest convenience store and is well stocked.
It is just a couple of minutes’ walk from the site and is open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.
Fuel is also available 24/7 via pay-at-the-pump.
The Jam Jar Bar at the Aultbea Hotel is highly recommended for a warm welcome, great drinks, and excellent food. They are also dog friendly.

Yes, we have a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline available for guest use.
£1 coins are required for the machines (change available at reception)

Yes, there are two sinks available in the laundry block for washing up.
Yes, electric hook-ups are available for touring pitches and some tent pitches.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you require electric.
Hook-ups are charged at £6 per night.
Yes, we provide USB charging sockets in the laundry area for small devices such as phones and power banks.
Wi-Fi is available in selected areas across the park. We are currently trialling a new system and continuing to improve coverage throughout the season.
Please note that speeds may be limited due to our rural location.
Mobile signal varies by provider; EE and Vodafone generally have good coverage.
Late checkout may be available depending on occupancy, for a fee of £5.
BBQs are permitted, but they must be raised off the ground to protect the grass.
Please use the ash bins provided.
Campfires and fire pits are not permitted.
Yes, we have a dedicated accessible wet room with toilet and shower, including ramp access.
We always do our best to allocate preferred pitches for returning guests, subject to availability.
However, we may need to move bookings due to weather conditions—for example, switching from grass to hard-standing pitches if the ground is wet.
To ensure everyone can enjoy the peace of the bay, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
For motorhomes and campervans, please leave a marker on your pitch when you leave (e.g. step, water carrier, power cable, or sign).
As we are a coastal site, weather conditions can change quickly.
Grass pitches may become soft during wet weather, so appropriate footwear is recommended.
We may occasionally move bookings to hard-standing pitches if required.
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer EV charging facilities.
